Is it camping if you don't actualy go camping?

I had a fun weekend with Oliver and Megan. We went to Capital Reef friday night. We were really excited to go camping but the campground was full. So we had to stay in a hotel. It was sad but probably better since it was cold and rainy. But Saturday we had a good day and went on a nice long drive through the park and a two mile hike that took us a few hours with the boys. Here are some pictures. This is some of the only wildlife we saw besides birds. I guess not very many animals can take it.
