Photography

So at Charlie’s house, Beth and I were being ridiculous one night and stayed up way later than we should have. At some point during the night we watched an interview with Beth’s old boss from last summer: Justin Hackworth. He talked about 3 ways to improve your way of looking at things from a photographer’s perspective. One of them was to take 1 picture a day. The catch? You get one chance to take it. In our day of digital photography we like to take millions of pictures and hope that we get at least one good one. So. I’ve started a new blog (ugh, I have like 10 now). I don’t really care if anyone looks at it. I figured I’d share it anyways, just in case anyone was bored and wanted to see some random pictures. I put the link up on the side also.

One Year

Today was a crazy day but luckily had a few minutes to stop by Grandpa's grave. I knew Oliver and Megan had gone earlier in the day and left a pinwheel and I was planning on leaving one too. Then I decided to get one for the rest of you. So I placed a pinwheel there in honor of you Charlie, Chris and Jimmy and your families. I know that if you were nearby you would have liked to do something. Mom and Dad I didn't forget about you either, I got the patriot flag one for the three of us to share. I was thinking a lot about this day last year, and thinking about my memories of Grandpa. Hopefully you all have Grandma in your prayers at this time.
